This drill focused on a Y passing combination to move the ball through the lines of the opponent.
Create a tiangle with three cones and add a mannequin in the middle as shown in the video.
Player #2 starts behind the mannequin .
Players move as in the video.
- Correct passing technique
- Strong pass
- Target the correct leg depending what is the receivers next move
- Player #2 is important to be behind the opponent and appear when the player #1 makes the pass
- Keep the pace up by encouraging and motivating the players
Max number of players is 7, more than that will make the pace of the exercise very slow.
