This drill is a variation of the SIMPLE Y PASSING DRILL WITH BACK PASS
The drill goes on as the 1st part and we ask player #4 to play 1/2 with player #2 before he gives the ball to the starting player. All players move to the same possition for next repetition of the drill.
- Correct passing technique
- Strong pass
- Target the correct leg depending what is the receivers next move
- Player #2 is important to be behind the opponent and appear when the player #1 makes the pass
- Keep the pace up by encouraging and motivating the players
Sometimes player #2 goes to high to pass to #4. In this variation is important to stay to his possition so he will be able to make the extra pass to #4
